Fruit & Vegetable Ordering Terms & Conditions

Order your fresh fruit & veg from The Masala Mill

We understand it's hard to get fresh fruit & veg at the moment due to supply chain difficulties in the supermarkets. Since we have fresh fruit & veg coming to Goulburn most days of the week (which we supply to many of Goulburn's restaurants, clubs and cafes), we want to help you get what you need. If this system works well for everyone, we'll improve it over time.

Delivery Days & Times

  • Pickup from The Masala Mill Store will generally be available after 1pm on your preferred delivery day. We will send you an SMS to let you know when your order is ready for collection.
  • Deliveries will generally be after 4pm on your preferred delivery day.
  • Delivery/Pickup days:
    • Mondays (order by 5pm Sunday)
    • Tuesdays (order by 5pm Monday)
    • Wednesday (order by 5pm Tuesday)
    • Thursday (order by 5pm Wednesday)
    • Friday (sorry NO pickup/delivery on Friday)
    • Saturday (order by 5pm Friday)
    • Sunday (sorry NO pickup/delivery on Sunday)

Ordering Process

  • Place your order through our online store (https://themasalamill.com/collections/fruit-vegetables) by 5pm the day before your preferred pickup date (eg. 5pm Sunday for pickup Monday).
  • On your preferred pickup day, we'll receive your stock, pack your order and send you a text message (SMS) to confirm your order is ready to collect.

What can I order?

  • Anything we've listed on https://themasalamill.com/collections/fruit-vegetables should be generally available. If you have any special requests, please let us know -- we can get almost anything!!

Conditions

  • Orders are FREE for pickup from The Masala Mill Store 318 Auburn Street Goulburn. Delivery is available within 10km of Goulburn CBD for a flat fee of $10. You can select that option at that checkout.
  • We can only supply whole vegetables (sorry we can't supply 1/2 pumpkin, or cut watermelon, for example).
  • If any items you order are not available on your preferred delivery day, we will arrange a refund, or rebook for the next available delivery day (we'll contact you to check which option you'd prefer).
